The Centre for Mediation in Africa (CMA), based in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Pretoria, in partnership with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, hosted the event Dialogue: Our Heritage, Our Dialogue on 17 September at the Javett Art Centre, University of Pretoria. This event is part of the CMA’s broader effort to contribute to South Africa’s National Dialogue process, an initiative aimed at rebuilding trust, addressing the country’s most pressing challenges, and shaping a shared future. The event focused on enhancing inclusivity by ensuring that grassroots and marginalised communities, including traditional leaders, youth, and women, have a meaningful role in shaping and contributing to the process.
